I saw this a few weeks ago and it was great. I was already a big fan of Eddie's stand-up going in and I loved the movie but I talked to a few people during the festival who were unfamiliar with him and they all really enjoyed it as well.

The Bitter Buddha will be playing at the 2013 Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, Utah in January! Then the word is, it will be released on VOD and in some theaters in February....

Yeah! This is a great intro to Eddie for people who don't know his act and a wonderful character study for people already familiar with him (plus I'm in one of the crowd shots. Tomorrow Show 7th Anniversary FTW!).
That DVD better be region free.

So glad this is coming to the Texas Theatre. It's a great historic theatre where they captured Lee Harvey Oswald and it's one of my favorite places in Dallas. Can't wait to see this!Originally Posted by NamasteMF
