Thread: Achewood-I still love it and you should love it.

Achewood-I still love it and you should love it.

The Roast Beef wedding was great but I am really enjoying the Sandwhich Duel between a New York Times writer and Onstad. Read from the bottom up.

For those that don't know what Achewood is here is an article:

Honestly there is nothing funnier, or better, then Achewood. Just start reading them from the start and let them build up. It all pays off. Some are strange, others are funny, and still others are profoundly heart warming.

God help me but I found the wedding stuff and everything since to be totally boring. He'll turn it around, though.

I also think that things have fallen off a bit lately, but I still recommend it to everyone ever. I agree that the most exciting part about Achewood lately has been the sandwich wars/new yorker stuff. Just plain awesome mostly character driven comedy. Everyone should at least read the first, i dunno, year? And cartilage head. But man oh man, when it's good it's good. So good. Wow, web comics are like my dirty secret. I feel like it's nerdy enough to talk about real person comedy, so I almost never mention web comics to anyone. (Which means I can almost never explain the original roast beef painting I have in my room, sigh.)

This may be the single funniest panel in all of comics:

Also, in this thread you should state whether you are an ass man or a breast man.

I am terribly afraid I will have to sign up for Achewood Primo, because the regular strip is just not updating like a strip fucking should, and it's driving me bananas, and it's worth three bucks to me to get more entertainment from possibly my favorite comedy writer working today.

Mike please avoid making PJ choose between Calvin and Hobbes and Achewood. He would split in two and have to fight himsself like in Superman 2.

This question has never seemed more pertinent.

(Another good question would be: How is the fate of a cartoon cat so depressing?)
